We offer two ways of working, depending on how much of the process you’d like us to take on.
Option 1: Full-service recruitment
We manage the entire process from advert to shortlist.
- You provide us with details of the role, and we place the advert — with no additional advertising costs to you.
- Candidates apply by CV directly to us.
- Every application is acknowledged, including rejections. Candidates who meet our requirements are invited to take our comprehensive online test.
- Successful applicants are invited to book an online interview.
- Every candidate receives interview feedback, whatever the outcome.
- Only when we are fully satisfied do we send candidates through for a face-to-face interview with you, complete with their CV, test scores and interview commentary.
Option 2: We screen your candidates
If you’d prefer to run your own advertising, we can take on the testing and screening.
- You advertise the role and send us any candidates you’re interested in.
- We invite them to complete our comprehensive online test and handle all related administration — queries, adjustments, and chasing timely completion.
- Successful applicants book an online interview with a CIPD-qualified HR professional, who conducts a structured competency-based interview built around your job description.
- You receive full interview notes on every candidate, with a clear recommendation to invite or reject.
- We give unsuccessful candidates detailed, constructive feedback and pass only the strongest through to you — so you only spend time interviewing people who have already performed well.
Beyond filling vacancies
We can also guide you through the apprenticeship process, help you benchmark your offering, and manage the wider recruitment administration — formalising interviews, handling candidate queries and obtaining references. We also offer a student monitoring and guidance service.
