4 PARTNER PRACTICE
  • 2 partners act as R.I’s and look after a portfolio including 45 audit clients which includes two groups and a handful of other specialist assignments. The other partners are both tax focussed, one of whom is the Money Laundering Compliance Principal for the firm.
  • The firm has a team of 10 qualified staff and 20 trainees (a mixture of ACA, ACCA and AAT students)
  • Recent regulatory visit was satisfactory, but the practice is growing and looking to take on additional audit work. Technical and compliance support is vital to ensure the practice develops as appropriate.
  • The practice is considering introducing a cloud-based platform for audit and non-audit assignments

  • 10 partner firm offering a “full service” proposition
  • The audit and accounts team is headed up by 5 partners, a couple of associate partners (who have employee R.I status) and 3 senior managers
  • The firm employs 100 staff. At least half of these are trainees at varying stages of their professional qualifications.
  • The practice is forward-looking and considering tendering for a couple of smaller AIM listed entities.
