Updated Audit Report templates

Further to guidance issued by the ICAEW regarding the position of the “Bannerman” paragraph in ISA (UK) 700 audit reports (i.e.for periods commencing on/after 17 June 2016), we have updated our example audit reports in all Manuals that include template wording.
