What information our site gathers/tracks about you
In general, you can visit www.hatgroup.co.uk without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Our site does collect information such as IP address, browser type and operating system to help us better understand our audience, but this information does not personally identify you.

Internet commerce
The online CPD and Course Development Booking Systems are designed to give you control over the privacy of your name, address, email and other information you provide to us.
The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with The HAT Group of Accountants. Information about you or your order and the products you have purchased will not be disclosed or sold to any outside organisation.
The best service
We wish to provide a high quality service at all times. If at any time you would like to discuss with us how our service to you could be improved or if you are concerned with the service you are receiving please let us know by telephoning our Managing Director, Ian Atkins. We undertake to consider any comments carefully and promptly and to do all we can to explain the position to you. We undertake to do everything reasonable to resolve any problems and if you are still not satisfied you may, of course, take up matters with the Institute of Chartered Accountants In England and Wales.
Professional indemnity insurance
In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009, our professional indemnity insurers are Accelerant Insurance Limited of 1 Tollgate Business Park, Tollgate West, Colchester, CO3 8AB. The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada and excludes any action for a claim bought in any court in the United States of America or Canada.
Commissions
In some circumstances commissions or other benefits may become payable to us, in respect of introductions to other professionals or transactions which we arrange for you.
Technical Helpline
Any advice which we provide will be based on information provided by you. Where appropriate, the advice provided will make reference to applicable legislation, regulations or standards.
You are solely responsible for applying any advice provided to you by a member of our technical team; no responsibility can be accepted by Holborn Accountancy Tuition Limited (HAT) nor the person providing the advice for loss occasioned to any person acting, or refraining from acting, as a result of the advice provided. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for advice given by HAT which is provided based on the incomplete or inaccurate provision of information.
