Bertie graduated from Bournemouth University in 2017 before moving to Verbier, Switzerland, where she worked as a ski instructor. Upon returning to England, she joined Knight Frank in Kensington as an Operations Coordinator, gaining hands‑on experience in both operations and marketing. In 2023, Bertie brought her skills to HAT, where she now plays a key role in operations and marketing.
In 2025, Bertie completed a Digital Marketing Professional course, strengthening her expertise in driving effective marketing initiatives.
Outside of work, Bertie loves spending time with her husband and their red fox Labrador, Sully. She is also passionate about skiing and enjoys heading to the mountains whenever she can.
