- Drive HAT’s trainee recruitment strategy
- Designing and implementing recruitment strategies targeting school leavers and graduates
- Conducting candidate assessments to match trainees with the right firms
- Providing guidance on the apprenticeship process
- Managing our strategic partnerships with training providers
- Leads HAT’s Women’s Networking events and contribute to the HAT Student Committee
Anna brings a combination of hands-on HR expertise and strategic thinking to her role. Having worked across both professional services and creative industries, she understands the diverse needs of member firms and takes a personalised approach to ensuring strong, lasting matches between trainees and employers. Anna is also a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD), which she attained 2005.
Anna began her HR career as an HR Assistant at Lovell White Durrant (now Hogan Lovells), before moving to Ogilvy Advertising as Regional HR Manager, supporting London and EMEA headquarters, including a secondment as Head of HR at OgilvyOne. After a brief career break to raise her family, she joined HAT and was promoted to Associate Director in November 2022.
Away from the office, Anna enjoys exploring London’s cultural scene, from gallery exhibitions to theatre nights, ideally followed by a good dinner.
