The Becoming an Effective Senior course prepares participants for their upcoming responsibilities as seniors- leading assignments, supervising juniors, and acting as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients. The course focuses on the personal skills required for success in the role, alongside the practical technical knowledge that clients will expect seniors to understand, but which is not typically covered in exams.
