Our Procedures manuals can be used by ICAEW, ACCA or ICAS registered practices, and cover the following areas:

Practice Assurance

This manual assists practices with ensuring that they operate within a framework of quality assurance principles to help assess and develop their practice. Topics covered include: Laws, Regulations and Professional Standards; Client Acceptance and Disengagement; Competence; Quality Control; and Conduct of Work.

Anti-Money Laundering Procedures

This manual assists with the practice remaining compliant with the requirements of the Money Laundering Regulations, and includes documentation to assist with client identification and due diligence, reporting and record keeping.

Audit Procedures

This manual sets out the procedures that ensure compliance with Audit Regulations, the Financial Reporting Council’s Ethical Standard, and the Code of Ethics issued by the International Federation of Accountants (as adopted by the ICAEW / ACCA / ICAS). It also provides a framework of controls in key areas of the practice.

The procedures manuals are provided free of charge to all Main Member firms as well as General Practitioner package members. Non-Members are able to purchase these manuals either individually or as a combined “Compliance manual”.
