Changes to the ATOL Regulations

Changes have been made to the ATOL Regulations which affect September 2018 licence renewals. ATOL Reporting Accountants need to be aware of the changes – whilst these shouldn’t fundamentally alter the testing carried out, there are new definitions and new rules to look out for (including transitional provisions) and a new way of submitting the Annual Accountants Report.
