Authorised Corporate Service Providers – registered yet?

  • company formation agents
  • accountants
  • chartered secretaries and governance professionals

In the near future (Companies House timetable being “Spring 2026”, accountants will need to register as an ACSP to be able to file at Companies House on behalf of clients. Also, if wish to offer “identity checks” services on behalf of clients for Companies House you need to now be registered as an ACSP.
