HAT Group is a training consortium of 60 small to medium-sized accounting firms. We recruit ACA and ACCA trainees on behalf of our member firms, and offer new recruits highly reputable training and direct access to firms looking for talent.

With HAT Group you will be joining an industry-recognised, three-year chartered accountancy training programme. We oversee your professional exam training for the ICAEW or ACCA and provide high quality practical courses. You will be given fully paid study leave and approximately 24 weeks of guidance from tutors during your contract.

You will also get practical experience in the workplace with one of our member firms, where you will undertake a range of responsibilities including accountancy, audit and business advisory assignments.
