To ensure that delegates have a thorough understanding of small company accounting requirements for periods commencing on or after 1 January 2016. These changes which will generally affect clients from early 2017 onwards have a significant impact on the information to be presented to shareholders and the information which must be filed at Companies House. It is vital that preparers of small company financial statements have a comprehensive understanding of the changes so they can effectively advise their clients. This course primarily deals with the disclosure and financial reporting requirements of FRS 102 Section 1A.
